Unlike basic RAG implementations that rely on simple vector matching to surface a single “best” document, KnowledgeAgent ingests your existing content in its native formats, PowerPoint, PDF, Word and more and constructs a living knowledge graph that understands how your organisation’s information connects, overlaps and evolves.
Related content is linked using structured relationships, and context is applied at query time. When a user asks a question, KnowledgeAgent retrieves a rich, permissioned knowledge set from the graph and uses it to generate a response that is grounded, contextual and fully attributable.
