Multiple repository services were hosted across different regions, leading to duplication, wasted spend, inconsistent standards and a frustrating developer experience. Teams struggled to know which repository to use, slowing integration and onboarding, while exposing the business to unnecessary operational risk.

To eliminate duplication and streamline developer workflows, Rocket Software partnered with Catapult to design and implement a single, self-hosted JFrog Artifactory instance with Xray for continuous vulnerability management. Hosted securely within a private Azure tenant, the new platform consolidated all existing repositories into one high-availability, disaster-recovery-ready service.

- Automatic digital signing of every artifact to ensure authenticity and integrity
- Automatic end-to-end encryption of data in transit and at rest
